    You've gotta laugh at some of the verbal bull****, you really do.

    There's only one genuine 'boxing' novice in this fight, and that's Francis.

    And when Franny sends AJ to the shadow realm within 6 rounds, he'll still technically be a novice...

    Yeah, I'd be surprised if he comes out guns blazing tonight. I just thought it was a funny way to say that he knew before training camp that he had to hit Helenius on the chin.

    Haha yea a guy in his mid 30s who has been a pro for years fighting pretty decent competition is still a work in progress. When will he graduate from being a novice?when he's 50?

    Don't worry! You've only missed a few prelims. Main card starts in about 10 minutes, and AJ-Ngannou and Zhang-Parker are still about 4 or 5 hours off. Plenty of action left and plenty of time to catch the mains :ggg

    I guess that's the rooted in denial official Eddie Hearn party line, to make the two dominant losses to Usyk go down a little smoother. But Eddie never considered the amount of cognitive dissonance it would give the messenger, who was momentarily decapitated by Usyk himself.:lol:

    The excuses, spin and fawning over AJ from British pundits, media members, and just the British fight fraternity in general is always nauseating. He's an excellent fighter and he has achieved a lot but all this talk of the ''old AJ being back'' or this ''new version of AJ'' is unbearable and painful to watch.
