I simply don't believe nobody dares to fight him.
Mandatory opportunities don't get passed up by a bunch of different fighters, especially when held by an unproven guy like Hrgovic, unless the guy holding the Mando position is making it extremely unattractive (either ridiculous clauses or silly payday demands).

He's proven next to nothing in boxing - it's ridiculous that he's in a mandatory spot to begin with.

Although I'd rather see him stay active and face a real test opting to be a replacement for Belly if he pulls out of facing Usyk is understandable because there's a distinct possibility of that happening, even more so given Belly's cut could reopen. That's an opportunity to win three belts in one fell swoop in a couple of months from now and if I was in his position and someone else stepped in instead I would feel sickened.

E-Hearn's plan B is AJ vs Hrgovic and he wouldn't even be talking about it if he knew Hrgovic wasn't onboard

It’s not about whether you believe it the thing is it actually happened no one accepted the offer of a mandatory fight, Eddie Hearn did loads of interviews at the time confirming this complaining about no one wanting to fight a high risk low reward fight even with the mandatory attached

Right now I'd say that Parker is the most deserving with back to back wins over top 5 ranked opponents. A win over Parker would put Joshua there, though. Maybe even a win over Hrgovoic would be enough, but debatable.

Only is Fury wins. No need for a third fight with Usyk.

No, because they will probably have a rematch clause, and if Usyk comes out on top of both fights and chooses to stay around, he will have mandos against Hrgovic and Parker.

So my answer is "not quite yet," although I do think he has a championship future.

Not if it's Usyk. If it's Fury, that's a bigger fight than Canelo-Benavidez.

I mean, Wilder and Fury fought 3 times. If Usyk beats Fury twice, and AJ continues his winning streak in the mean time, then i think AJ deserves one last shot. He's definitely the busiest heavyweight in the sport at the moment, and no doubt he's top 3 in the division. And both AJ Usyk fights went the distance with no knockdowns, so it wasn't like it was a thrashing like Fury Wilder 2.

I think it’s difficult to find an actual top ten, there’s a clear top three and that’s usyk, fury and Joshua then it’s Parker, After that I think it’s scratching around trying to fill in the gaps.
I don’t see anything that separates Zhang, Hrgovic, Dubois but Hrgović has a poor resume and Zhang is too old, Dubois is the next in line after Parker for me because he has gave usyk a lot of problems and the body shot debate is far from settled.
I think Joshua is being hard done by here he’s clearly one to avoid for anyone who wants a shot at a title, and that’s because they all know he beats them or already has (Parker).
I do think that Parker has done more recently to deserve a shot but I don’t think Joshua has had many other options than the fighters he’s faced recently.
There’s no top ten anymore it’s a top five now

No. Beating an MMA amateur and a slew of featherfisted or shot fighters does not get you in line for a title shot.
