In that case maybe Usyk should turn back the clock and fight like he was twenty seven as well. Then it would be an even fight again. Except... that's obviously never going to happen. Both these guys have miles on the clock and are nearing the end of their careers. Fury hasn't fought like Klitschko since Klitschko. When he came back his footwork wasn't there anymore, but he changed his style to account for that. If he could have been all fleet footed again we would have seen it at least in the Ngannou fight when he needed to be elusive. Even if you haven't trained you still have that basic level of agility and skills that you can pull out the bag. Yeah alright you may not look like twinkle toes but you're not going to look like a flat footed bum. Except Fury did, probably because he hasn't got it anymore. So all this talk above is just a pipe dream isn't it?

All childish Insults aside, will you give Fury credit if he wins without controversy?[/QUOTE]

So those guys lost a fight, they don't get a pass for any of them. What is happening with Fury is he anytime he looks subpar or appears to have lost a fight it's because he wasn't 100%, he didn't take it seriously, he's abused drugs and his body. That's on him, you don't get a pass for any of that. If anything those scenarios detract from who you are and where you stand at that moment. There have been plenty of fighters that weren't 100% of what they were for their best wins. Boxing doesn't work that way. Every fight is a different version of the fighter, the very best can present a consistent version of themselves but no fighter is the same every fight. Fury gets more passes than anyone I've ever seen.

Tyson Fury is undefeated last I checked. He doesn't need a pass for anything and certainly hasn't gotten one from anyone here. What does that even mean?

Anyway, I guess you won't be watching the fight for the undisputed title. I am sorry to hear that.

I'll be watching for sure, I just think it's BS to hear so many excuses thrown out for a guy who's supposed to be an atg. And yes he's gotten a ton of passes. He retired to duck a PED investigation. He got a questionable long count in a title fight. Got a Christmas present sized gift against a mma novice boxer, who also put him on his ass amongnst other things.

Fury has a nasty habit of kissing the ground. If he had never been knocked down, I could've believed you.

I think Usyk will FO Kury.

Actually, it is at some point. I am not going to go back and forth about it, but you may want to look it up.

Fury doesn't have the ability to outbox Usyk he will need a knockout.

Has a 6'3"/191cm | 78"/198cm(reach) guy a good chance to "outbox" someone who is 6'8"/203cm with a reach of 85"/216cm?

Fury's reach even top's AJs by a mile. Plus he moves better as AJ when he is in his defense mode.

Sure AJ has qualities Fury' doesnt have, but it will be a much more difficult task for Usyk to "outbox" Fury then AJ.
Of course only if Fury reaches a similar shape again as he did in 2015, not exactly but close to it.

If Fury goes into his running mode like he die against Wlad, Usyk wont reach him properly. Sure Usyk is faster then Wlad or Wilder, but he is also shorter with much less reach.

Why was a completely unskilled Nicolay Valuev able to become WBA HW champion? Because he is 7'/213cm tall and at least understood to use his reach. Almost nobody was able to avoid his jab very good, only Haye, Chagaev, and for some time Holyfield were. And Fury is much more skilled then Valuev.
Valuev fought many guys who were more skilled as him (Monte Barrett among them), but they couldnt overcome his height and reach.

Andrew Golota was more skilled then Michael Grant. But Grant's reach of 86"/218cm was a problem for him, and he didnt beat him in the end.

Once again Fury is not a better boxer than Usyk his skillset is highly exaggerated his good for his size but his technical abilities are not mind blowing. Fury defenses have been penetrated multiple times and if he goes in with the mentality to outbox Usyk like Joshau had he will suffer the consequences. Fury is supposed to make this a dog fight and bully Usyk not box it's what worked against Cunningham he couldn't outbox him and Usyk is a better boxer. That reach you Bragging about means nothing to a slick boxer and a stronger ring IQ.

Its true that usyk is superior in boxing skills but you need to look at the entire picture .

Fury has a ring iq which is at least on par with usyk,s ring iq and he has benefits is size and reach . So he of course could be able to finally outbox usyk and he knows that there are many ways to skin a cat .
