Parker's promoter is hinting that "step aside" money may now come into play - so Parker can fight Joyce. I smell Saudi money here. Could it be that Parker will fight Joyce this summer on a big Saudi card? Who do you think wins it this time?

I still think Joyce wins but it will be a closer fight 2nd time round. Joyce won't be put off by the feints as he knows Parker can't hurt him and will just keep coming forward throwing. Wilder and Zhang had their offence stunted by Parker's combination of feints and defence but Joyce won't be deterred.

Parker needs to find a way to hurt Joyce to stop him walking him down and that's why I think he came in heavy for the first fight but that plan back fired. I guess this time they'll come in lighter and try to out box Joyce but I don't see it working. Have to give credit to Parker if they take this fight because it's got loss written all over it if I'm honest.

Parker will be the favorite due to recent performances and then Joyce beats him again.

Parker was apparently quite sick for the last fight

With really good conditioning and stamina I think he has a much better chance

Styles make fights and Joyce will exhaust and grind him down again.

Joyce also looks a far cry from being the same guy. I think the style is bad for Parker but I would still lean towards him given his impressive last two fights and Joyce’s decline.

I agree, it's just terrible match up for Parker

Besides the OP & "KW" most are favoring Joyce.

I think it will be competitive. However... Joyce looked mediocre - and that's being kind - vs. Kash Ali. As many noted, stiffer than usual.
Meanwhile Parker has had b2b wins vs. Wilder & 2X Joyce destroyer Zhang.

Yeah, yeah, styles make fights and triangle comparisons. It strongly appears Joe P is on the upswing, while Joe J is on the downswing.

Unless another pro Parker has been posted b4 mine, that makes 3

If Saudi step aside money is involved...... I can see a rematch between Parker vs Anthony Joshua being made, with the winner facing off against the winner of the Fury vs Usyk fight. This is what every fight fan would be hoping to see....it also makes sense that the 2 losers of both these 2 fights face off against one another, with the winner earning a shot at the title. I can imagine how the boxing world would be absolutely fizzing if this was to become a reality.

It's hard to tell whether Joyce's recent loss of lustre is due to poor form/preparation or terminal decline. IMO the old Joyce is still in there somewhere, and if he prepares properly he has a great chance; Zhang was simply a poor matchup for Joyce, and his lacklustre showings in his last couple of fights can be attributed to him coming in so heavy. If he trims down to 270 lbs or so then I would fancy his chances; if you had to push me for a prediction I would say Parker on recent form but this matchup is still very much in Joyce's hand IMO.

    Exactly.

Parker has improved during the past year, because of fighting more often and because of working with Andy Lee.

Still a bad idea for parker. He should have gone for dubois, hrgovic or the winner

joyce is all wrong for parker. parker is good when his opponent gives him time to breath. But joyce chin has been cracked now and if parker lands a clean flush one he will hurt joyce no doubt in my mind.
