My guess is anyone over 35 with a barely beating pulse - of,course as always is the case with any possible top level opponent’s they called out - "their scared koogs - none of them want it innit"
The hearing was meant to happen in February. Once the outcome is decided it'd be shared privately with Benn and UKAD so you'd think if there was any 'win' he'd have presumably hinted at it by now. Either it's going slow or hasn't gone to plan?
I heard a rumour that Benn lost and it has to go to a full NADP hearing, hence why its gone completely silent.
Hearn and Benn have delighted in feeding us misinformation since day one of this sorry saga and now that there might be some actual information to share, they go silent. It suggests things either didn't go their way or they haven't received notification yet. Probably the former.
It is now nearly 6 weeks since Hearn said they expected an answer in 2 weeks regarding the appeal. Something not adding up here and surely the boxing public deserve better than the silence we are being served up.
They took Benn & Pacman to Saudi to try and pressure the situation, and it seems the authorities have held their nerve. I'd love to know how many other times, this situation has played out before with Matchroom.
I have heard from a single source that Conor Benn will be allowed to box in U.K. again within a few months. I sincerely hope the source is wrong !
