I personally disagree but I do have to wonder why that would keep Charles out of the list when the top 3 most important criteria to you are "Longevity, quality of opposition and legacy" and not h2h.

Why exclude HW's? Surely Ali would make any ATG list. He'd certainly take Tunney's place.
