    So Hagler vs the following:

    Lloyd Marshall
    Holman Williams
    Cocoa Kid Lewis
    Jack Chase
    Eddie Booker
    Aaron Wade
    Bert Lytell

    Can Hagler go 7-0

Does anyone have a win over at least every one of these guys? (When they were still in good nick) I haven’t looked too deep into it.

I don’t think anyone can go 7-0 in a career over killers like these guys.

Hagler ,in my opinion does not run the table here. Marshall had wins over Charley Burley, Jake LaMotta, Joey Maxim , Holman Williams and he ko'ed Ezzard Charles! Holman Williams beat Marshall and Archie Moore among other high profile wins . Very possible Marvin goes 5-2 and I don't consider that a slap at Marvin it's just a run against that line up would tax anyone

In those days they’d have kept a spot warm on the Murderers Row for Marvin and he’d have had a spotty record like the rest.

They would all be the best MW he ever faced.

    All difficult fights for him.

I can't see him beating Burley or Williams in their primes. The rest are winnable but I'm not confident that he beats them - I'm only confident about Aaron Wade.

I do think that if Hagler were to have multiple fights with all of them he would drop his fair share of decisions. Those guys were no joke.

He could have a path to victory against any of them, not a lock on it though. He could also lose. Chances of running the table are slim but winning rematches, or series, sure.
It’s what makes middleweight such a great division. Depth, depth, and more depth.

Can any MW who ever lived go 7-0 against that crew?
