I thought Wardley deserved to win, but then I am a bit biased because I’m not fan of Clarke. He’s so dull and never lets his hands go, unlike Wardley who was catching him with combinations and throwing 3s and 4s. Good fight, looking forward to the rematch. Wardley should push for it to be at Portman Road.

He was presenting last night, that's the point. Whatever you think of his boxing knowledge he's certainly a good build-up guy.

There's a case for both and I don't usually like draws but when 2 men stand and trade and not give in its nice to see and neither deserved to lose that.

Wardley more eye catching but tends to windmill, Clarke is a bit of a plodder but he's technically superior does the basics well.

    Let's have a rematch.

I thought Clarke won, Wardley had the more spectacular moments but Clarke was consistent and in control for most of the rounds.
Ben Whittaker being made to work and Marku getting a frankly overdue loss also made it a good night

I'm pretty sure if I sit down and score this properly I will have it wider for Clarke

For me Clarke landed more, was more accurate and controlled large amounts of every round.

With wardley doing his usual little bursts and throwing illegal punches which should have cost him at least one point.

I call it the canelo effect.

Wardley for me sums up how bad heavyweight is in general mate.

He'd be a journey man in any other division.

5 of us in the pub.

    2 had it Fabio.

    1 had it Frazer.

2 (myself included) had it a Draw.

    Cracking fight.

Props to the lad who fought Whittikar.

That's something I've noticed more in the last few weeks - gumshields are beginning to be a lot less secure when you're in trouble.

I think Wardley wanted it more,he was dead on his feet in the last couple of rounds, but still trying ,Clarke should have backed him up,maybe it was his inexperience at pro level.

Still buzzing after watching the fight last night and hope this is the start of the glory days returning to Sky.

Joshua v Fury when it happens will have less then 5% of the entertainment seen last night.
