Was Lewis really Lineal at that time Rummy? I thought the Ring magazine title was going to the winner of Holyfield-Lewis?

Nice one, Rummy. Putting a curse on this bout when today I bought flight tickets to Riyadh for this event. It better be decisive.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a draw too. I'll watch this when I get home.

It means they are as good as each other, and better than AJ and Wilder.
They can retire and go have a family BBQ together, sing Cossack songs and English sea shanties round the fire.

I believe Fury will win buh my issue with Fury is his inactivity and choice of opponents. This attitude will only get worse once he becomes the undisputed champion plus opponents would have to take a purse of 5-20% max

Yeah he was he beat Briggs in 1997 for Lineal title although this is where Lineal doesn't always equal to being the best in this case.

Because during this time Holyfield beat Tyson x2, and Moorer, which I consider to be better wins.

For me Holyfield/Lewis was truly to decide who the real Lineal champion was.

Does it really matter if it ends up in a draw?

Great video rummy! Wow, I didn't realize so many draws existed in title fights of recent vintage. I would prefer to see one fight with a definitive winner and then let's see lots of the other top guys fight each other.

I think draws should go to the fighter who has more points on the combined scorecards and go on the record as a split decision victory for that fighter. One fighter did score more points afterall(usually).
