Lol most anticipated fight in years, only because Garcia might do something crazy. I wasn't interested in buying the PPV till the weigh in. Garcia may well be pulling off the biggest heist in decades.

    Should be Haney Wide UD
    Possible late KO
Unless he gets suckered in by Ry’s psycho energy antics - (no Diddy)
like always it his only shot against elite level competition.

    Undercard looks pretty ass tbh.

Never seen this David Jiménez bloke that's challenging for the WBA interim title against Scrappy Ramírez (whom I also know little to nothing about, with my drastically reduced viewing of the sport) - but it appears he lost a close UD to Artem Dalakian on the Beterbiev vs. Yarde undercard, for whatever that's worth. :nusenuse:

Bully Bek is in with some undefeated but 32 year old, untested, and feather fisted Frenchman. Meh.

Vaughn Alexander and Nathaniel Gallimore once might've been vaguely compelling opponents for Derevyanchenko and Conwell respectively - but in 2024? Super meh.

Even in the co-main, the odds don't promise much in the way of parity. Arnold Barboza, Jr. is an -1100 favorite and Seán McComb is a +650 underdog. :ohno

Haney TKO's baby face within 7 rounds. He has the "Ruiz jr. syndrome" whose Bodybuilder suffers yet.

    Both if punched are over.

I was thinking Haney could wash him out at 1st, but I'm not sold on his power doing anything to Ryan. If he's got anything significant he wins going away, if he can't get Ryan's respect he'll be fighting for his life so to speak.

Seeing Garcia at the weigh in, would anyone put it past him to do something outrageous during the fight for clout or more followers/publicity? Its like a weird mesh of YouTube boxer and actual boxer.

It shouldnt be a very complicated fight for Haney, he he should win a wide UD without much problem.

That result was highly debatable. I had it 116-112 Jimenez. Whereas Crappy Ramirez really dodged a bullet and was gifted a win against Fernando Leo, in bot my and The Professor's estimation. Jimenez is levels above that clown, and should be able to stop him.
