Man Cotto is my all time favorite but Ryan impressed me a gazillion times. Cotto pre Margarito was a straight up beast. He still carried that greatness into the second part of his career. While Ryan just seems to have heavier hands, his physique is athletically built, big chest . Cotto was strong and was a brawling bully who could box, but Ryan has a nice counter left hook that he'd have to watch out for. I doubt Cotto would do as much clinching, just not his style. Fast , elegant, brolic, extreme pressure, big left hook for Cotto, high energy, resilience, huge heart, smarts, affective aggression, violent, ... Would he be able to beat Ryan at a catchweight between junior and welter?... With all Ryan's gifts, who takes this one?
