Have no idea how the **** you can come up with 112-112. The eighth was a Garcia round and the 12th was a DOMINANT round for Garcia, re-watch it if you're unsure. A few general observations: Harvey Dock was both better and worse than I remember live. He was better in that at times he did "warn" Devin for rabbit punching, punching in the back (before he realized that was Garcia's defensive strategy), and he technically warned Devin twice about clinching. The round 7 should-be knockdowns weren't as bad as they looked live; Devin spoiled effectively just as Andre Ward did in bull rushing Kovalev while hurt. That said, since it happened twice, either give a point for a knockdown or deduct a point for holding. Dock was WORSE in a lot of subtle ways. When the breaks were called, the way action was resumed, and obviously the point deduction all favored Devin. Chris Mannix is a bought and paid for shill who DKSAB. He kept his dumb f****** mouth shut the whole time except to announce when Devin landed a jab or two. This wasn't a hard fight to score (I only saw four close rounds) and somehow this doofus tried to thread the needle and come up with a draw. Give me a break. All three judges and the whole world saw Ryan win the 12th, but not Chris Mannix. This guy seems like he went into broadcasting to cover hockey, couldn't get a job, and now we have to listen to his know nothing company man takes. Some time stamps: R3 1:52 - Dock calls for a break, Haney throws and lands a low blow, no warning. R6 1:45 - Dock calls for a break, Haney throws and lands a low blow, no warning. R9 0:37 - Haney isn't hurt and lunges at Ryan without even trying to throw a punch, just attempts to clinch, Ryan steps back and lands an uppercut In a lot of ways this fight reminds me of Kovalev-Ward I. The power punching booze hound knocks down the clinching, mauling "master boxer". In both cases you need to give every single remotely close round to the A-side "master boxer" to take away a win from the B-side fighter. Devin, like Ward, thought he'd get bailed out and sail on. I'm glad history didn't repeat itself.

Yeah I rewatched it and it was even wider than I remembered the first time with the biased commentary. My scorecard is almost identical to yours except I thought Garcia nicked round 9 as well. I'm not prepared to give Haney that round when the shoe shining he was doing wasn't even landing/effective when Garcia buzzed him toward the end of the round. Even the rounds Haney won, were basically only because a less than optimally fit Garcia was taking the round off.
One thing I also remembered watching live was the DAZN commentary went on like it was fact Haney took the 4th. I gave that to Garcia too first time watching. Early in round 6 they were harping on about Haney's greatness when Garcia was teeing off on Haney, rather than actually commenting on the action.
115 -109 Garcia was my card watching live. There was no way this was a draw. The draw was a blind bias scoring. The only way this happened was to only gave 1 rnd to Garcia where he didn't stager or drop Haney. Rnd 1 he staggered him and the three rnds he dropped him. And then probably rnd 12. Which is completely BS. Haney lost a few other rnds in between.
The judge that had it 112-112 gave Garcia the 12th, which means that by my card you not only have to give Haney 4/4 close rounds, you have to find an additional round and give it to Haney. Insanity.
6 rounds seems a bit wide to me then again I've only seen it once live and it was 5am in the morning where I am but Garcia was a clear winner. Had it by 2 or 3 rounds I think so of the 3 cards I'm in the camp of 114-110. Main thing is we get the right winner, if we're now going to start picking out 1 bad card then it's more or less going to happen in every fight.
