    He did, prior to Wilder. The ostarine hit was prior to Stiverne. Pov was a bit of a world traveler when it came to peds

    The real issue with boxing is WHO bans him?

    Even if hes banned in NY, theres nothing to stop him going to fight in Mexico or Saudi Arabia etc.

    Thats the real issue with boxing bans. Theres no real over arching body.

    Take Conor Benn. The whole reason it's dragged on so long is no one knows who's responsibility it is.

    He failed a VADA test, not UKAD tests, so you had all this jurisdictional issues.

    Even if the BBBofC banned him, he could still theoretically fight in the UK under a Luxembourg or whatever licence.

    Its all disjointed.

    I'd prefer boxers faced a much longer ban than what they currently get, but lifetime for a first offence is too harsh.

    A second time I wouldn't complain about.

    Doesn't make sense for him to be banned for life if so many other boxers from the past have popped dirty and still went on to fight regardless. Garcia isn't anymore different than Mosley, Toney, Holyfield, Morales, Vargas, Canelo, Nery, etc. Suspended temporarily perhaps but not for life.

    Probably one of the dumbest polls I've seen lately.

    Ban him for life......for what? There's so many fighters in history that's done worst. Some multiple times.

    Stop being a prisoner of the moment. Give him an appropriate consequence and move on.
