I don't see how a guy who has continuously struggled with fringe level guys beats Alvarez, even this declining version. Munguia is simply too easy to hit, will have his work rate stymied by Alvarez's counters, and probably isn't strong or savvy enough to back Alvarez up. Munguia isn't good on the back foot, either, nor is his chin or body strong enough to take frequent clean shots from "Canelo". Alvarez is better in nearly every department.
