Ali walks directly back to his corner and as he's a step away, still facing the corner, Dundee places his hand on the back of Ali's upper right arm and motions him to turn around to sit on his stool.

I'm not trying to under state how hurt Ali was, I've watched the subsequent footage of the smelling salts noticeably brining him from a semi to full conscious state.

Its just, well, stating Ali was facing or walking away from his corner when Dundee pulled him back to the corner is a clear fabrication, as evidenced by the footage.

Clearly does. You all have decided on an after-the-fact narrative, and I am not going to spend the rest of my life arguing against it.

You are in denial of the footage we have all seen.

You are right to give up on this because you are 100% WRONG!

Chickie Ferrara administered the smelling salts.

Watch, (in super low motion so you don’t miss it) Dundee and Bundini illegally step into the ring to help Ali up after Frazier knocked him down.

Ply your false narratives after the fact for as long as you like but I know what I can see with my own eyes. The evidence I’m presenting is irrefutable and irreducible.

This place is just a chamber for echoing facts - and I’m not interested in that type of discourse.

    ‘Nuff said!

Damn.. I never realized that Ali tried to left hook with a left hooker. Instantaneous knockdown.. like an invtation for Cooper.

Ali was seriously hurt (just like vs. Frazier), but he got up right away (just like vs. Frazier). This is why I think Holyfield would do well against Ali.. Holyfield always had a left hook saved up, ready to go.

Sorry to interrupt, but I don't see Dundee or Bundini in that video at all. I see Ali popping right up and grabbing the top rope.

(and he threw a left hand right before he got left hooked, same as against Cooper).

    You must be hallucinating.

Where do you see Angelo Dundee or Bundini in the video at all? Do you not see Ali get up under his own power and then put his hand on the ropes?

You need either an eye doctor or someone who can help on a deeper level if you’re seeing things that clearly are not there.

    Shirley, you can’t be serious?

Clearly I wasn’t being (serious) in highlighting my point.

And yes, I’m calling you both Shirley. :D

Yes, I did see that also - I didn’t want to overload people’s circuitry with too much information at the one time.

At least there’s one other sane member like myself on this board Ferg - and I knew it would be you. No one, and I mean no one, is pulling the wool over our eyes.
