Remember when Fury admitted a few times he's giving Turki Alalsheik the belts if he wins? That's definitely not an open bribe
Mark Nelson is licensed with all the commissions that Usyk holds belts with not the WBC. Almost always a dodgy referee is a homebody commission ref. He has many title fights and to my immediate knowledge can't think of any issues that have occurred with him. I don't believe he's reffed a HW title fight though. Williams stoppage comes to mind but was perfectly fine to most. The judges will be the interesting ones because dodgy judges stand out like a sore thumb. THE BIG BIG PROBLEM WITH HEAVYWEIGHT FIGHTS IS IT CAN BE A VERY PHYSICAL JOB FOR REFEREES. Kenny Bayless was USELESS in Fury Wilder. Too old. He kept contradicting his verbal commands with physical commands. All to Fury's detriment. The hard truths people have to suck it up right NOW is Fury is going to grapple and clinch Usyk and not much will be done about it.
Wait I thought meant the scouse fella hahaha. Forgot there's the American fella with the same name. Both decent refs.
Makes me sick the pandering Fury is doing, why not suck the man off and beg to make sure he wins. I wouldn't trust non of them as far as I can throw them if I was Usyk and his team, you have to go out and try put a demolishing job on him.
Just hope this ref stops Fury from holding, hope he isn`t allowed to headlock Usyk, put all his weight on him making his legs gas just like he did to Wilder, Fury is a cheat.
He reffed Horn v. Pacquiao. One of the worst referring jobs in boxing history where he let Horn throw Pacquiao multiples times, allowed two headbutts that caused Pacquiao to bleed massively, allowed elbows, and neck cranks. The fix is in.
