2 future HOF fighters who were once seen as the P4P best for a time. Both are known for being highly skilled and having a crowd pleasing style. They’re both 35 and on their way out, having suffered a tough close loss in their latest fights.

Loma and Chocolatito have established themselves as future HOFers but who would you say is the greater fighter overall in terms of resume and achievements?

You would have to go with Loma as Chocalatito got KO’d a number of times now. Sor Rungvisai dealt with him

Edit : dropped more than once, Ko’d cold once

Loma. Gonzalez was great but he never fought the caliber of fighters that Loma fought.

Loma easily. Chocolatito gets overrated. Great fighter, but his defense isn't even as close as Loma. Loma's offense is also better than Choco's best asset which is offense.

If Loma faced a scaled up to the weight version of the guys that made up Choc's best opponents, I think we would see why one is more of an amateur legend than a professional legend. No, Roman had it harder and came through in a way that impresses me more. Okay, he got stopped. And? Loma just took his foot off the gas enough to lose against lesser fighters. Is that really more impressive for going the distance in those losses? I don't see it. This is clearly edged to Roman.

Choc is the greatest fighter of the last 25 years after Floyd.

Something to take into consideration is that Chocolatito does have one victory over a future HOFer in Gallo. Had Loma officially won last night you can most certainly make a better case.

All time greatness wise Choco comfortably but H2H at their best weight you could argue Loma is better

Lomachenko was a great talent. But I feel he never lived up to his potential. Unfortunately he just didn't get the big fights. I don't believe it was any fault of his own.

Gonzalez and I don't even think it's debatable tbh.

If you're someone who thinks Loma is still undefeated I still don't think there's an argument to have him greater than Gonzalez.

Chocolatito comfortably. Deeper resume, more accomplished, and had long, distinguished title runs. His only real loss was when he got sparked by Rungvisai, but Runvisai has slabs of concrete for fists, so it only detracts as much as getting beat up by Beterbiev detracts from any of his opponents legacies, and Choc won the first fight against SSR. I refuse to believe Estrada deserved the nod in either of the fights he won as well. Choc is the better fighter.
