    Valiant effort at the end there, Breidis just doesn't have it in him to sustain that attack from the opening bell. Bad gameplan, he should have thrown with intent early.

    That **** stays with you. First fight was almost a pyrric victory. He was all ****ed up for a while after that.

    Damn, what an impressive display from Briedis, especially for the last 3 rounds. Had the decade younger reigning champion on the run, never lost his power it seems. Almost turned it around.

    Breidis is very strong. Very tough. Jai ran the last half of the fight.

    And also bearing in mind that Briedis was dealing with ring rust from being out the ring 2 years. If he had had a tune-up in the interim, he could have actually snatched a close decision tonight.
