Does Usyk survive the early onslaught in this hypothetical match-up?

Both Tyson are overrated asf. No version of any Tyson would beat Prime Usyk from Gassiev fight or AJ 1 fight.

When you say prime, you don't compare 37.5 years old version of Usyk, against 26 years old prime Version of Mike, or whatever his prime was.
You do it prime for prime, or you do it at the age the active fighter is.
And at 37.5 years old Usyk school Tyson.
At their prime Usyk still school Tyson. Tyson won't be able to touch Usyk. His footwork is nowhere near Usyk footwork.

People overrate Tyson to the point where you’d think he was the 2nd comming of Ali.

Not even going to discuss this anylonger. You see based on people here Usyk at 38 is at his prime, but Tyson at 30 was already lost all of his footwork and speed, just lol.
The bias in some people is ridiculous. They don't even know what the watch for, and to actually recognize greatness.
You can clearly see how many people were saying Usyk won't be a good HW in the thread where CST80 make at the very beginning for the upcoming star of Usyk.
Usyk footwork in his prime is miles ahead of anyone i have ever seen, and unlike Mike Tyson, who had a good footwork, but only comes forward, Usyk can do it all, can jump in and out, and doesn't allow anyone to clinch him to death, unlike Tyson, who didn't have answer, neither the footwork to deal with that grab type of style. Not that this style is legal, but we know that boxing is beyond corrupt.
Anyway i'm taking a break from posting.
    Cheers mate.

I know people hate on how casuals overrate Mike. But I'm sure even the more knowledgeable people on this forum will see that his style would be a tough one for Usyk. In his prime his feet were quick, his hands were quicker, and he came out of the gates swinging.

I might get crucified for this, but I think based purely off of styles, Lewis would be a much more favourable fight for Usyk than Mike would be.

I think Frazier and Tyson both beat him elite pressure fighters who will be targeting the body and consistently pressuring Usyk for all 12 rounds.

As i've said the Breidis fight was a clue that pressuring Usyk is the way to beat him so was Chisora fight to an extent who tried swarming him. But Chisora didn't have the stamina in the 2nd half of the fight.

If theres any style to beat Usyk it's being an elite pressure/swarmer type fighter that can consistently keep it up for all 12 rounds. There isn't many Heavyweights capable of that but Tyson and Frazier are.

I say that Usyk is significantly more skilled than Iron Mike was prime for prime however Mike easily has the power advantage and almost matches Usyk's hand and movement speed. With the speed being almost equal and the power heavily favoring Tyson I don't see how Usyk would win this fight. He is an incredible technician. One of the very best. However, the stylistic advantage that The Baddest Man On The Planet has over the Ukrainian as well as the difference in strength swings this fight in Mike's favor heavily.

I have him winning an 8th round knockout victory.

Tyson crumples Usyk with his body shot and uppercut to the head combo.

Usyk has an iron chin, so if he gets stopped it'll be a body shot KO.

Mike has to win it inside 6-7 otherwise he loses.
