Taylor looks awful, expecting an easy win for Catterall and Taylor to retire.

Catterall is a good looking bloke with star quality. He's got a bit of something special about him. He's a masterful boxer. I remember a few years back people said Usyk was a bit boring. Usyk is a much more special talent - a phenom - but he was said to be a bit boring. People say Catterall is extremely boring. I've never agreed. I think he'll knock the racist, drunk, snow-sniffing Jock into next week. There's levels to this game.

Honestly that idiot troll poster above. Levels to this game? Yes there is, it’s being undisputed champion and winning the belts one at a time which is what Taylor did.

Im not the biggest fan of Catteralls style at all, but if we can ever use the term 'robbery' in boxing, then it was their last fight, he got completely done on the cards. Boring or not, he deserves the chance to right the wrong.

Just saw a video on instagram of Parsons doing a "body shot challenge" at Taylor's gym. Golden opportunity to accidentally twat him in the face and he didn't take it. Poor show Josh

And unfortunately there are no belts on the line. It was his only chance to achieve 'greatness' and he got done. Although 99% of people seem to agree I remember reading a few comments online where people argued Taylor won!

Yep, it's amazing how people try to make an argument for a dodgy result if they like the fighter. I can't stand the guy or his style, but Catterall's reward for stepping aside to enable the undisputed fight was a robbery. Hope he's at least getting a career-high payday this weekend for his troubles and if it's fair and square I don't see the rematch being that different.

People associate themselves with certain boxers, and some to the point that they seem to live vicariously through their boxing career. I just see sport as entertainment. I like having Taylor around because he's a very good and game boxer who also happens to be a detestable human being. Catterall schooled him and it wasn't even close. Taylor looked at sea when it came to figuring out Catterall who was incredibly composed for such a big occasion, and having to listen to Taylor's 'ned' vitriol in the lead-up.

While I'm sitting here having civilized discussions with members (who I may or may not agree with), you have been deservedly given the boot. I hope it's only for your thuggish messages to me and not for messages you have been harrassing others with too. No need for it. Grow the bloody hell up.

Up in Scotland (sorry, don't know if you're also here but knowing what a 'ned' is suggests you might be!) we see people like Taylor all the time. To be honest a lot of boxers are 'neds' and hard to like outside of the ring. Taylor is someone I'd avoid like the plague if he was a workmate or someone's uninvited pal on a night out.

But: the guy was an entertaining boxer and had a career worth following. I suspect it might be over this weekend. The shame for him professionally is probably not making as much as an undisputed fighter should have.

It may also be a blessing in diguise, Bob. Neds are not known to be responsible with large sums of money.

Find it quite bizarre that people are talking about Catterall as some serial moaner, to my knowledge the only thing he’s moaned about in his career is getting completely robbed of a once in a life time chance of winning all the belts, then the same opponent pulling out of the rematch multiple times afterwards, you’d hardly be grinning from ear to ear would you?

Caterall is the favourite here in the rematch.

Josh Taylor has only fought once per year for the last 4 years, which is real inactivity and displays someone who doesn’t really enjoy even fighting anymore. I wonder what he does for the half a year he isn’t fighting.

Caterall gets a UD here for me pretty convincingly.

Taylor is like boxing’s version of Bayer Leverkusen. To the casual fans they hear how good they are without really seeing them, then as soon as they finally watch them they look shyte.
