That you know of? For me it was Money May. Unreal work ethic. He had it all. Obsessed and then some. Who you got?
Not got a clue, have never watched a pro boxer complete a training camp. I'm guessing the OP is the same.
Probably Usyk, Tank,AJ and Crawford not to forget Inoue. As the saying goes the harder I try (train)the luckier I get.
This content is protected beautiful. Famous gym I seen Oscar Valdez smash that bag there, another great trainer.
Good point. I can only go by what I've heard, but the first two names that jumped out at me: James Kirkland supposedly went through some brutal training camps under Ann Wolfe. There was a guy named Shea Neary back in the 90s who had a reputation as a fierce trainer as well.
Impossible to really quantify unless you literally count how many minutes they train each week. Plenty of elite fighters are gym rats, Mayweather for example, Roach had to chuck Manny out of the gym at times due to his tendency to overtrain, Hagler's spartan training camps were legendary, Holyfield too known for training hard and of course Hopkins attention to detail in regards to his lifestyle is also well known. Fact is at the top level most train hard, but how many train smart?
He most certainly does. All of the exercises he does are just one wrong move from an injury. Just look at the "pushups" he does. It´s ******ed. Yes, I have done similar exercises and can say from experience that they are amazing at building strength. But it´s so damn easy to injure yourself. This content is protected
