No one has ever ko'd everyone, Lennox Lewis was unable to ko Levi Billups, who got ko'd by Lionel Washington who was 9-4 at the time and finished 12-11.
I wasn't saying Chisora beats Makh lol, just saying Makh's power may not be what it's advertised to be. We all know Takam usually fades and is then stopped, but Makh couldn't do what Chisora, Povetkin, Joshua (kind of) and Joyce did. So either his power is not that great or it fades as the fight goes on, or simply that Makh is so basic and ran out of ideas once his usual throw the big right hand strategy stopped working. I suspect it's the latter.
Which is why I said "may" not. Fact is he's getting a lot of hype from some people for beating who exactly? A shot Peter or Wach or struggling to beat a 41 year old gatekeeper. Nah not impressed and for me he doesn't pass the eye test.
We were talking about his power, not his resume. I have seen a lot of UK/US hypejobs, who fought a lot less opponents, but hyped up more than any other fighter who has solid resume.
Takams 14lb bulk, probably on the sauce has improved him as a fighter late on his career. He went from 240s to 261lb in the fight against Makhmudov and 259lbs against Yoka. Hes still got alot left as a gatekeeper. Wach is also still a hard man to stop, makhmudov put him down, it looked dangerous for Wach, like if it went any longer, Wach would have been seriously hurt. Anyway like i say resumes at that stage arent worthing talking about. Makhmudov to me looks extremely dangerous and i think hed beat the big men easier.
True and I'm critical of those UK hype jobs too. As for his power, I do believe he's a big puncher but only way to know how hard he hits is beating quality opposition which he hasn't done. Remember when Parker came up and was KOing everyone, then he stepped up to world level and his power wasn't the same. Lets see Makh KO some quality guys before we start calling him the next Earnie Shavers.
