Bowe beat his ATG opponent in Holyfield who moved up from Cruiserweight. Fury just lost clearly to his ATG opponent who moved up from Cruiserweight in Usyk. So I'm going with Bowe his workrate and aggression would be too much for Fury, and he would be landing that overhand right aswell which has dropped Fury numerous times.
