What's with all these people crying about Fury not wanting the fight for months now saying Usyk should duck a rematch!?

I’m assuming you don’t think much of Usyk either, since one of his top 2 wins is against a big stiff talentless non boxer, in your opinion?

Well buds, this stupid jabroni right here, meaning me, backed Wilder for those arguments.

So, on one hand you have TF good is the opinion of this idiot? Fair.

On the other you have the clarity of neutrality and the humility of hindsight. Also fair.

So take this how you will. In my opinion this is an unfair criticism of Fury fans given Joshua before the fall was much more stiff than today's Joshua. He's changed trainers quite a bit, it took him a while to find the right fit, and if you can't see the difference between McCracken AJ and present AJ then let me tell you something brother; it's fluidity itself Benji has Anthony improving. Anthony is not faster, he's not stronger, he doesn't put together more or better combos, but his posture is vastly improved and his ability to shift through the gears has become smooth.

I used to give Joshua mad **** for being stiff. Now I don't. If he stayed stiff after his losses I'd've kept the criticism. As a Wilder fan if anything I'm more upset Wilder's yet to give his balls a tug and improve. I want to see my dude transform like how the Joshua fans got to see their dude phoenix this sport.

Joshy coming for that crown boys and he's looking bad son. I'm excited to see what happens. Does he make it back to Usyk? Can Parker or Wilder or Fil or Zhang stand in the way? TF if I know. What I do know is the h2hs were easier to predict when Joshua was stiff.

The guy was 34-0-1 before this weekend which he lost by 1 point, the guy is over rated but he isn’t a bum

I think at this point Joshua likely knocks Fury out.

We will NEVER see another man of Fury's size move the way he does.

I can't recall another 250 pound move around laterally like Fury can. What did prime Holmes max out at with movement still? 230 pounds?

Fury is a fluid fighter, uses his feet, comes from all angles.

AJ is a big plodding bum. Very predictable. Quite a dangerous explosive puncher...but nothing much else. Stay off the line and give him some bait to bite and he's a sitting duck. Pawing with his jab stadning right in front of Usyk. What a divvy.

You keep telling yourself that. In reality, Usyk landed more punches on Fury and hurt him more than anyone in his life before, while 'robotic, plodding bum' Joshua was never even close to getting that treatment, even from a 3-year-older, faster Usyk.

Fury was badly exposed, mate. You can keep telling yourself whatever makes you feel better about it, but that's the cold hard truth.

Fury has his faults but he’s far from a big stuff robot. AJ is stiff and robotic at times but Fury is fluid, moves well and knows how to fight. He lost a close fight to Usyk but there is no shame in that. All the best have lost fights m, Ali, Foreman, Frazier, SRR, Hagler, you name it.

Too many modern fighters and fans put too much stock in bull**** “undefeated” records these days. Guys like Tank Davis love to throw their undefeated record in peoples faces while avoiding legit opponents like the plague. IMO, there is no shame in losing, but there is shame in ducking. Usyk is a rare undefeated fighter becaiee he fights the best at his weight. Fury just fought the best guy at his weight and lost a decision. He gave the fans a great fight and I think he fought a smart fight, and came into it in great shape.

Fans should celebrate when the best fights the best. They should also call out cowards like Davis who cherry picks opponents to pad or preserve his record. We need more guys like Fury and Usyk in boxing. **** the cherry pickers.

I agree. Fury moves better than any big man I’ve ever seen. He moves fluidly, intelligently and uses his size so well. In the rounds he won against Usyk, he dominated Usyk more than any opponent I’ve seen. I’ve watched the fight a few times and both men fought at a very high level. No running or sloppy bull****. High level boxing by both men.

In my opinion, Fury at his best would give any heavyweight in history a very difficult night. He’s a freak of nature and has a top level ring IQ. I don’t always like his antics but there is no denying his freakish size, ability and skill.

They're not saying he should duck, they're saying it's the perfect place to retire. What kind of 6'6+ SHWs (AJ you too) need to run it back with dudes 5 inches shorter and 40lbs lighter. lmao.

You must have missed the part where Fury reinvented his whole style with a new trainer.

From the period after Cunningham until Wilder II he was very hard to land clean on and everyone who fought/sparred him thought so.
    It wasn't a fan myth.
Look at his face after Hammer/Chisora II/Wlad/Wilder I and he barely has a bruise.
Wallin fight was an outlier because Fury got the cut then tried to stop Wallin and ended up brawling.

His 'exciting new Kronk style' led to him abandoning defence and getting fatter and slower.

What ended up happening is that he lost some of his speed and defence (though not all) and didn't really gain any more KO power. So he's in an awkward spot where his main advantages have been compromised.

Usyk may have still beaten him, but Fury would have been more elusive in the old days.
