For sure now it cant be questioned.

    Usyk is definitely P4P #1

    1. Usyk
    2. Inoue (Above Crawford as he is more active)
    3. Bud
    4. Loma (Beat Devin and Kam-Bozo, Teo was a draw)
    5. Canelo

Good post. Curious about your views if Bud can beat Canelo (real possibility that fight actually happens).

I don't make p4p lists but I find it hard to deny usyk the top spot

I do agree with the above that if Crawford got the Canelo fight and won I'd move him to top dog

It's a tough ask, even at the advanced stage of Canelo's career.

Crawford basically has to fight the perfect fight at range and then maybe surge late when Canelo's gas tank diminishes. And hope that he doesn't get caught with a counter that disrupts his rhythm. And then hope that the judges award him enough rounds even if everything else goes to plan.

I think it's a bridge too far, but if anyone has the ability to craft and execute a game plan under those circumstances, it's Crawford.

I was the first to say he completed boxing Carl froch is now plagiarising me haha.
I think he has to retire, it’s as close to a perfect career as we are ever going to see.
Fury will only spoil it with some type of controversy in a rematch.
The only blemish is now forgotten the low blow with Dubois, is now completely irrelevant and I will never bring it up again,

It's one thing to move up and challenge the king of the division at the lower weights, where at least you will weigh in the same. It's quite another thing to move up from Cruiser to Heavy, and school the number 2 (twice) and number 1 in the division when having a 20 lb and 40 lb disadvantage respectively. Usyk is unequivocally P4P number one, and IMO the P4P number one over the last decade, and he definitely merits discussion in all time P4P lists.

 Needs at least five of six viewings just to observe the individual reactions of those who get sprayed or who saw it happen

At this moment in time Usyk has a great claim to be ranked as pound for pound number 1. No doubt and based on Bud’s comments on twitter to be fair he agrees as well.

You can see Haye is incensed that the referee robbed Usyk of his knockout victory.

Loma is not a pound for pound guy anymore! He lost to Haney. What next? Are you going to claim Garcia who knocked out Haney is a P4P guy?
