Why are you Fury supporters always reading selective and always choose on what to pick and what to ignore?
And then you wonder why people either have you on ignore or don't want to reply at all.

Did you even miss that Fury received 20 second count, and he was in a million in no condition to continue ??
Did you read that the referee didn't start the straight 8 count straight away, the first time Fury butt hit the rope, to help Fury, not receive a KD straight away, as this is 10-8 round. And there was plenty of time after that, and on new barrage the ref either had to count another KD, which literally makes the fight unwinnable for Fury, or had to full stop it.

That was explained like 20 time, and you purposely choose to ignore it.

You either interfere the first time a fighter hit the rope or not at all, it's that simple.

Still with this? The ref called the knockdown as soon as the knockdown happened. Period. You need to look at it as if Fury was actually knocked down. Would you say the ref saved him if Fury had been floored? No. In the rule book, being held up by the ropes is a knock down.

Looking at the full barage, Fury stumbled into the ropes a few times prior to the ref stepping in. Would it have been better for the ref to have given the 8 count the 1st time the ropes held him up? The ref did allow Usyk to rail off a lot of shots before stepping in. I think it was the correct call, just for the sake of the fight. First undisputed flight since the 4 belt era. Got to let it go. As far as the long count. You may have a point.

Its true though at that point you either let the ko play out or stop the fight.

Yeah, but that’s the thing - let it go or stop it - the ref had already given Fury the benefit of the doubt several times and he impeded Usyk twice during the barrage - and he ultimately left no time for a follow up after he finally decided to rule a KD that could’ve been ruled earlier under the same criteria.

Yeah, it would have been nice to see Usyk stop Fury, but for me, I just feel it went do better this way. The Fury knob gobblers have nothing to say. If the ref stopped instead of giving a count, you know they would be saying Fury has great recovery ability and he was dominating. The 1st chance they saw, they stopped it, no man born of a woman,, bla bla, bla. No thanks! Don't want to hear all that BS from delusional, heartbroken fans boys.

I give Fury credit for staying on his feet durring that barrage. He was bouncing from one side of the ring to the other but somehow stayed on his feet.

The ref could have called a standing eight count sooner or he could have just let the action continue.

I do believe Fury was one or two punches away from getting KO'd and it would have happened if the ref let the action continue.

I personally believe the ref should have let the action continue.

Totally understand what you’re saying, within the perspective you’ve framed.

True or not, they say whatever the health of the HW Division, so goes the health of the sport of boxing in general.

Overall, being such a great fight, hopefully it did present as a huge, positive injection for the sport. Both guys gave it their all, I think.
