I'm not sure he'd manage the selfie request, Jimmy. Hard to do that with shaky hands and no legs underneath you.

I guess the fact that half a week later, people are still talking about "Jordan vs Warren" (seeing it pop up on social media even this morning) the segment did its job. Jordan is a good promoter for his mate's radio show and I've no doubt there'll have been some friendly banter texts back and forth with Warren since it ended.

Ex Armed Forces mate and seen it all. You entering your training with fear and trepidation but that disappears very early in one's career.

Queensbury Rules, Chisora probably wipes out 99.99% of UK population in his prime.

Different types of armed and unarmed combat is a different story in many cases.

I would rather face Chisora in the ring and take a pasting than be faced with a 12 stone IRA coward pointing a gun in my face.

    Where did you serve, Beale?

My sister had a partner based in Northern Ireland in the mid 80s, he showed me his army guidance book at the time and it sounded wild.

Well done. I was offered civvy work in Iraq in mid/late 2003 during the rebuild and avoided it like the plague.

Also an absolutely true story, workmate of mine turned down a fortune to work in Saudi in 2000 and we couldn't think why - he'd been there before and loved it. "Bin Laden Construction," he said.

That was a very good decision in 2003.

You could trust nobody in that country, even some of Iraqi Army being trained by us to defend their country from insurgents.

Some serious loot was on offer for civilians but the risks were far too significant with many civilians unaware that their 'armed guards' were selling them down the pan.

Very weird environment where the locals were happy to welcome you until the war was won then turned hostile within 1 week.

Many good men lost their lives and we still have no idea what their scarifice was for.

Too true mate. Would be hoping that right hands as slow as it looks on the tv.

I couldn’t believe it when Warren started rhyming off the list of bipolar symptoms from the NHS website. SJ is right - anyone that mentioned his mental health issues in the media would be slaughtered. If he’s that badly bipolar, maybe get out of the game that means you take repeated blows to the head.

No, boxing doesn’t cause bipolar but in the long run it can’t help with his brain function.

Same as Kanye - being bipolar doesn’t give you a free ride to say what and act how you please, without repercussions.

Looking at Fury's behaviour, he does look more ADHD than bipolar but we cannot look into his head to check.

Regardless, the behavior of Team Fury is the stuff of cavemen.

Had a good laugh at the rag papers reporting Fury has been suspended from boxing after the defeat. We know that this is standard protocol but the casual readers will think it's something much more serious. Oh, don't you worry, Tyse will be back. Hell of a boxer.

Same for Usyk, the loonies are saying he took an inhaler or some kind of energy boost when he was kissing his crucifix. But no, his suspension means he must have been cheating!

Don't like bringing back old threads but it made sense for once.

I hadn't been paying attention this week but White and Jordan got an invite to the 5v5 after "Turki" (and he said to call him by that name, live on air - which blows up the whole "his excellency" nonsense) and offered to question anything him on what they're doing with boxing. Seems Turki will be live on TalkSport on June 25th so if the promoters are kept out of it then hopefully a decent listen.
