That's Jake Paul's next opponent surely, Danny has to "put his kids through school, something something". Okolie did look impressive, and really strong. I actually really warmed to him after his loss to CBS, he made no excuses, gave props to CBS, and was really classy. He's been in some stinkers, which is a bit inexplicable, as when he really turns it on, he can look top class.
That fella was tailor made for Okolie. Perfect height and style with nothing special for getting close to you for a tall and rangey fighter with power to easily ko and look fabulous. So easy to walk them onto something. He will revert to type when he fights someone 6 foot 2 plus again.
But to dispatch of an unbeaten European level fighter in such a clinical fashion in Poland was impressive. I can't see Okolie losing at bridgerweight.
I don't think there is anything bizarre about it...he's packing glass and he knows is. That is why he clinches, that is why he won't go to heavy. Sure, he can whack a guy out of there in 1, but when the other guy gets a chance to hit back, the octopus panics and spoils.
Yo, Big Mo, Mind how you go, There's only so much a man can take.. y'know? You shout I fume, Why not reduce your volume, Not every word you speak should boom, Continue on this path and meet your doom, Your bad, I'm badder, Especially now you've made me madder, If we should meet you'll be the sadder, Even if I have to bring a ladder,
I expected him to win but was impressed with how well he boxed. Thought we were going to go through several rounds of Okolie's negative and poor boxing style but he did a good job in Poland.
This was always on the cards as a quick fight for Okolie Lucaz has absolutely no defence and hardly any skill
