The ONLY fighter that should be a mandatory challenger is Parker. Every other mandatory is a joke!

60 more shots, and outlanded him in 9 out of 12 rounds, with 1 round both landed equally. Chisora outlanded him only in the first 2 rounds. And this is based on terrible Compubox that the fight was held in the UK with the 2 people hitting the buttons for who landed what being British as well. Make your mind on that.
    But nice try.

Why are you even watching Boxing, and HW, when they are all "trash" for you?

I mean, I am advocating for Parker, so I basically agree with everything you said except that I don't think Kabeyal is overrated, just doesn't desrve it as much.

Parker has improved, and is kind of a big game fighter like Fury.

Parker demolished Wilder and was mostly dominant vs Zhang Zhelei.

Hrgovic only good opponent is zhang who he narrowly beat, arguably it should have been draw, where as parker won comfortably.

Parker has also got way more experience at a higher level, Hrgovic has no experience except against Zhang, who he struggled against.

Hrgovic proved he is very hittable.

Hrgovic would get demolished vs Usyk or Joshua

The problem for Hrgovic is he is from Croatia, so he doesn't really have the inbuilt fan base that the Brits and US fighters have. Parker has that connection through being a Kiwi, which allowed him to market himself well to the Brits. Because of that popularity the promoters were/are more than willing to put money into his fights, plus as an ex champ he is a good name on the resume. Hrgovic in contrast has found it very difficult to get fights that anyone cared about.

It started with IBF mandating Hunter v Hrgovic in February 2021! Hunter didn't want any part of it, because the risk reward wasn't there for him. I could be slightly wrong on this but I think that was when Hrgovic got elevanted into the top 2. This also caused issues for Hrgovic. As by IBF rules he would get the lions share of any split.

Unfortunately for Hrgovic, Matchroom and the Sauerlands just weren't willing to invest that much in a guy from Croatia, so he got sidelined, and this problem persisted until the Saudis got involved in boxing.

Martin & Ortiz fought an IBF eliminator, with the winner to fight Hrgovic. Ortiz won, and PBC said he was injured so they took him another direction to match him with Ruiz Jr. So, the IBF went down the list. Joyce was injured. Parker pretended he was injured, got found out, and the IBF dropped him down the rankings --- Basically wanting to fight Joyce instead for the WBO mandatory shot (he knew it was behind IBF in the order, but there was far more money in fighting Joyce). Down and down the list, the IBF went, and no one wanted the fight. Zhang (whose ranking was outside of the general requirement for IBF mandatory opponents) was jumping up and down saying "pick me, pick me"

So Hrgovic finally gets his mandatory against Zhang in August 2022 with the Saudis backing. That is well over a year that Hrgovic had his career stalled trying to get an opponent.

Hrgovic wins (controversially) and becomes IBF mandatory. He is next up after WBA, but WBA doesn't have anyone in place. When negotiations for Fury v Usyk 1 break down in March 2023. The IBF tries to mandate Hrgovic, but the WBA says hold on, we want to nominate Dubois first. But Dubois is injured, and Usyk wants to push that date back further so he can fight Dubois on a date that is meaningful for the Ukranian people. So Hrgovic will have to wait.

So Hrgovic makes a fight with Kean (a big southpaw who both Fury and Joshua camps were sniffing around). Kean makes an ugly fight of it, after tasting Hrgovic's power early and turning things into a hug fest. But when Kean eventually opens up in the 12th, Hrgovic stops him. Solid enough win.

Two months later, Fury postpones the fight AGAIN this time because of what happened against Ngannou. (Then there was the cut) Hrgovic is thinking he will fight Usyk next. So, Hrgovic takes a tick over against a badly mismatched opponent in DeMori. Stops him in round one. Everyone is annoyed that the fight was even made.

But we should remember that it has now been nearly three and a half years since the IBF first mandated Hunter v Hrgovic, and Hrgovic should be next up.
