Resume...Fury by a hair. He had Klit, WilderX2 and Whyte as top end wins, whereas Bowe really was JUST HolyX2.

You can see it either way.

    Bowe's resume......

Hide, Gonzalez, Donald, Dokes, Seldon, Cooper, Thomas, Tubbs, Holyfield x2.

    Fury's resume......

Wilder x2, Wladimir, Whyte, Chisora x3, Wallin, Cunningham.

Both don't have the strongest resume but Bowe beat an actual ATG Heavyweight in his prime in Holyfield. And has a few more filler wins against former Heavyweight champions even if they were a bit past their prime.

If Fury had beaten Usyk I would've rated him above Bowe but as it stands i give the slight edge to Bowe.

Lol I read some funny post but yours has to be at the top of the list. Wilder has no skills whatsoever. Wladimir was 40 yars old. Cunnigham was a blown up cruiser weight who was never that good. Chisora is a D level fighter. Wallin is a D level fighting who wasn't even ranked in the top 100. Whyte is a D level fighter that Povetkin and Joshua already beat

Bowe beating Holyfield 1 time is more impressive than anything Fury has done. Tubbs was a really good fighter who had drug problems. Dokes was a really good fighter with drug problems. Hell even Pierre Coezter was better than Chisora, Wallin, Cunnigham Whyte, or Chisora

Fury: Old Wladmir, Wilder 2-0-1, Whyte, Chisora 3-0, Wallin (lots of names starting with w for some reason), and Cunningham.

Bowe: Holyfield 2-1, Old Tubbs, Old Dokes, Hide, Cooper, Gonzales, Seldon.

Neither guy has a very glamorous resume. In terms of top wins, Wladmir was more historically relevant and was a reigning seasoned champ who dominated the division with multiple defenses compared to the prime Holyfield Bowe beat. Bowe list Holyfield once, and in the 3rd fight Holyfield was dealing with some pretty bizarre health issues and wasn't himself. So for A class wins, Fury gets a slight edge.

Next I suppose you can compare the Wilder trilogy and Dillian Whyte to Dokes/Hide/Tubbs I suppose. Dokes and Tubbs were ex champs past their primes, Hide was an undefeated heavy hitter but was a cruiserweight and completely dwarfed by Bowe. In comparison, Wilder was a tall, athletic, hard hitting titlist with a shockingly thin resume aside from his wins over Ortiz/Stiverne. What Wilder lacked in resume, he somewhat made up for it with how dangerous he was. Still, I have to give the slight nod to Bowe. Some felt he lost the Tubbs fight, but Fury was also lucky he didn't get stopped in some of those Wilder fights. Whyte fits right in with guys like Dokes/Tubbs who had some ability, but was missing some key ingredients to become a truly good fighter. So for mid tier wins, Bowe gets the edge.

Lastly we have the low tier wins. You can compare the Chisora trilogy, Wallin, and Cunningham to Gonzalez, Cooper, and Seldon. While it's true Gonzales was undefeated, he had a thin resume and didn't have many noteworthy wins before or after Bowe. It was simply closure for Bowe due to how things went in their amateur days. Cooper was a career journeyman with a staggering number of losses, but he was always game and could crack. Seldon was an underachiever who just never got everything together. Fury doesn't fare much better here as the 3rd Chisora fight was heavily criticized and utterly pointless. He did manage to win all of them. The Wallin fight could've been stopped, but to Fury's credit he won despite the handicap. Finally we have the Cunningham fight which was won with some dirty fighting, but Bowe could be pretty dirty too. This is basically asking which is the shinier of 2 turds, but gun to my head I guess Fury...?

So Fury just barely takes this.
