There are levels in this sport, and Teo is several levels above Catterall.

Teo is levels above Kambosos and Martin?

Haney levels about Garcia? Loma levels above Teo? Taylor levels above Catterall? This was going into their first bout.

Boxing is a crazy sport man.

Catterall would have to win 8 or 9 rounds to get a decision.

To be fair to Teo tho, Martin was a replacement opponent for Pedraza, a pressure fighter. Same thing with Ortiz, who was a replacement for Ramirez. And Ortiz prior to that fight never fought like that, especially when he and Teo fought before in the amateurs.

So I don't know if it's a camp prep problem or Teo just gonna always struggle with boxers like Canelo

True, though you have to question the choices of replacement in these cases. It's as if they are unaware of this stylistic problem they have with Lopez and haven't even bothered to work on the inability to cut off the ring and so chose opponents without the awareness this would be a problematic fight. First time it happens sure, damn seems like we need to work on some things in the ring, but when they repeat that mistake you have to wonder if it's more than just poor preparation.

But some fighters needs to make a mistake multiple times to learn from it. Took Wlad 3 losses before realising what he was doing and throwing over 70 punches a round like he did against Brewster isn't a good idea.
