What was Wilder trying to tell the ref after being spun around?

I think he was just confused

 

The whole fight card was faked by Stanley Kubrick (who is still alive). He always wanted to do a boxing film.

 

When you try and pause the game mid-fight but realize it's an online game....

 

The hook had him out on his feet, similar to what happened in Ortiz vs Martin.

 

He was trying to ask the ref what day it was

 

He was telling the ref Zhang had loaded gloves.

 

Everybody said Zhang would drop Wilder with a left hook so he deliberately turned round when the time was right and got dropped off a right hook !
