Jaron Ennis vs Cody Crowley card is terrible

Very poor undercard.

I wonder why? Hearn has enough boxers to come up with something much better than that.

 

That’s a tough card to swallow after the one we just witnessed.

This is a Matchroom card in the US and not under the BBBofC banner. Does Hearn try and insert Benn? Or is Benn's suspension worldwide?

(I realize Benn isn't ranked by the IBF but this is boxing, anything can happen and often does)

 

Boots Ennis should be moved to main support. Skye Nicolson to headline.

 

Can't be Benn, he is now suspended in the UK (he wasn't officially before, which is why some US commissions gave him a license). I'd quite like Mean Machine.

 

I realize Benn is suspended but he and Hearn like to pretend he isn't and call people out like he would actually be able to fight them.

 

But "muh atmosphere" in Las Vegas/MSG/Wembley or wherever the hell this sh*t is.

Nobody cares about atmosphere. This card is pathetic. I wouldn't even watch this for free on cable TV if there was a rerun of Kevin Sorbo Hercules at the same time.

 

This card was in Philadelphia at the Wells Fargo center...

We havent had fights here in decades so many were excited about this..

 

Boxing IS in a poor state, there’s no american fighters out there to be a household name in the USA and it’s been like that since Floyd retired. Even with the Saudi’s putting money into huge fights the general public in the USA still doesn’t care, that’s the truth.

 

They overpaid for the main event. Matchroom was ready to cough up nearly 4 million for that fight.

 

God damn that's bad.

Worst televised card of the year? or is it saved for the sole reason Skye is on it?

Pulev vs Shevadzutskyi was on DAZN and it was straight ass. Only reason I sat through it was because the RBR made it a bit fun.
