His nutritionist asked him to eat seven eggs for breakfast every day, to increase his protein intake, and shut down the catabolic phase, and when his labs came back, they knew he wasn't getting that much protein at one time. He was confronted about it and finally, abashed, explained that he really did try to stick to the diet but he couldn't seem to ever crack the shells.

Nah, Opetaia utilizes his athleticism+strength well in this division that won't translate as well in HW. Usyk has skill that really really translated well moving up, almost the reverse.

Just reading the responses... I think some of you guys underestimate Briedis a lot. Speaking to Jai's manager before the fight and we both agreed that Briedis was still the most dangerous fight for Jai in the division.

No, because he sucks. Opetaia and Usyk should not be in the same sentence. Good lord the Breidis2 fight was awful and I was thoroughly unimpressed with Opetaia. Nothing special there

    Usyk ruined heavyweight division.

He damaged all valuable goods, and now he's planning to go back to cruiserweight.

That. Breidis was the toughest fight for Usyk at CW as well.

I wouldn't put my house on ANY of the top 10 heavyweights beating even current Breidis. Dude hits like a truck and can take a dig as well!

Yeah poor Usyk only has enough to almost get rid of both reigning SHW champs ):

The Resume is pretty bad atm apart from beating a old legend who he somewhat struggled with.

It really baffles me when people use Evander HGH Holyfield as an example of "size not mattering". If size doesn't matter why did he use steroids to gain 40lbs of muscle mass lol.

Ditto with Mike Tyson, who outweighed most of his opponents. People always use these two o
as examples of size not mattering when they actually prove the opposite.
