He would have stopped Tank though, going toe to toe with one of the most dangerous fighters of that era at 147 was insane.

Duran was a far better fighter but what specifically proves he had more one punch power than Tank?

Duran KOd a goddamn horse! Show me where Davis has done anything close to that.

Seriously, it's all about the opposition. And Davis's isn't remotely close. Now Davis may not be a Wilder-level can crusher, but he's not Roberto Duran either.

Duran stopped many guys at 135 but he was no dynamite puncher at that weight. In the main, he was an accumulation guy.

Put it this way, his power wasn’t on the same level as Hearns at 147 and beyond or Tyson or Foreman at heavyweight.

...and Tank is/was no GGG. Tank has literally fought a handful of decent fighters otherwise all can crushing.

How anyone could believe they have a good understanding of Tanks power is beyond me. Nobody knows because Tank avoided Loma (since 2017, literally), avoided Haney and Teo, is avoiding Shakur now...and needed a CW w a rehydration clause to fight RyGa.........one cant pretend that stopping Rolley Romero or Hector Luis Garcia Montez Saul (added some names cause he was a nobody) or Frank sparring partner Martin are good litmus tests.

If Tank was so strong why did he draw versus Pitbull? Why did Geriatric Gamboa w a torn ACL go to the 11th or 12th despite eating flush shots all night???? Like wtf

Name me one thing Tank can do that Duran couldn`t, look how often Tank has to come from behind on points, Ray was 5`10 and had a 74 inch reach and knocked out a light heavy, Tank is 5`5 with a 67.5 inch reach and often comes from behind on the scorecards, Duran had a far better jab and head movement than Tank does, his in-fighting was top tier.
