Good morning everyone, I am new to the world of boxing, although I love the sport, watching it gasses me and fills me with adrenaline, I would like someone to help me with some exercises I can do to improve my coordination and speed, thank you all for your help.:yaay

Find yourself a heavy bag and punch it many times.

Find yourself a jump rope and jump it many times..

Get yourself some good shoes and run in them................. many times.

If you want to punch faster without slapping you need to punch shorter - punch from the floor up your hips should move your shoulders.

Find a boxing gym and do what your coach says.

For speed do plyometrics like punching with a cable with a handle attachment, for co-ordination, sparring is definitely the best way, but some drills on the side, you could implement ladder footwork drills and the speedball or those things, I forget the name, it’s inflated and it’s attached to a rope that is tight that attaches to the ceiling and the floor, when you punch the inflated ball it springs back at you fast.
    Edit: Double end ball.
