What a fight this would be, would probably have picked Wood a few years ago, but now Ball is more experienced and Wood has been in some wars.
    Who wins this matchup?

Wood's at 130 supposedly but seems to have fallen off the face of the Earth. I'd pick Ball at 126 though.

Nick Ball. Wood would cave under the pressure.

Ball for me, Wood's isn't a good mover, Ball would have no problem getting to him because Wood just plants himself in front of opponents too much giving Ball an easy target.

Ball gives Wood a beating. Wood's only chance is to pull off another miracle come from behind stoppage but Ball is to good to allow that to happen.

Lara cant get in weight...burned out, with his wins going to his head...sad...but he was fun against Warrington.

Ball v Wood would be a great domestic match up if it could be made and certainly an interesting fight. The momentum is with Ball without a doubt but Wood also knows how to turn around a fight he is clearly losing and I honestly think he would have to,to get the win if this fight ever gets made .

This is a great shout wood has been completely outboxed and stood on his head by conlon and Warrington. Only thing that's saved him is that they are light punchers. I'd go with nick Ball to take him out but he'd have to be careful as wood has fight changing power as shown against the two I mentioned.

FOTY type fight between the best two featherweights in the world.

Wood can never be counted out, his power is always there.

Ball and Wood, and not one inappropriate sexual double entendre, I'm so disappointed in you all!:sisi1

We dropped the Ball on that opportunity. Someone Wood have used that double entendre sooner or later.

You can expect Wood and Ball to go at it until Wood is deflated and Ball's empty.:bandit:
