RJJ, wasn't a fan but couldn't imagine anyone beating him. When he lost to Griffin it was a huge surprise but even then it was due to a DQ so it was brushed off as a misjudgement. Then Tarver gave him such a tough first fight which is when it became clear he could legitimately be beaten but even then when Tarver finally KO'ed him it was a massive shock.

Floyd never lost on paper but actually lost in some of his real fights. He lost Castillo, Maidana to name a few. He was the moat protected fighters by the American judges. Put the same fight in his opponents backyard he will be never go undeafeated.

He didn't lose to Maidana. The most you can give Marcos is a draw.

A lot of us called that one completely wrong. I watched that fight flabbergasted. Looked like he didn't belong at all. Being a fan of both it was hard to watch anyway.

    Original question:
    Roy.

For damn near his entire career he was basically superhuman. No one even really regarded the Griffin DQ as a loss.

A lot of people are saying Tyson and I get that, but I was only 12 when he lost. He seemed invincible as a kid but I grew up watching Roy actually be invincible and paying more attention to his invincibility than Tyson's.

Other than those two though, there has never been another fighter that I thought of as invincible. No one gives invincible like those two in particular did

    Wllfredo Gomez and Mike Tyson.

For a while, I felt Julio Cesar Chavez Sr was invincible, but after his performance against Pernell Whitaker, I realized one thing:

Taking how Rocky Marciano ended in that sad tragedy in consideration (I wrote an article about it on Wikipedia, check it out! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1969_Newton_Cessna_172_crash) into consideration, no one in life is 100 percent invincible.

Sergey Kovalev looked like he had all the tools to be dominant for a long time but the Ward fights took a lot out of him mentally. He was wrongfully robbed in the first fight and was just never the same onwards when he ended up getting stopped in the rematch. He just didn't look as great after that.

Not sure if invincible, but between sept. 2018 and Ruiz 1 I thought AJ was our Lennox Lewis/Larry Holmes

    Jake ''Money'' Paul

Lots of fighters are cursed with below average punch resistance, especially across the pond, but they are able to keep their glass chins hidden from being exposed by employing the tried and tested strategy of avoiding legit punchers and KO artists for the vast majority of their careers.

    Imagine you have two fields

    One is a minefield

The other just a regular field

You have two signs on either end of the minefield which say ''Warning! Minefield''

All you have to do is to remove one of those signs and place it at one end of the other field

What do you now have? Two minefields or rather the illusion of two minefields one of which is perfectly safe to cross

This is how they dupe the casuals

FTR, Jake has never been dropped in his life and he has dropped every single man he's faced, including Tommy Fury

Roy Jones, obviously. He was like God in my eyes.
