I think Joyce will force the ref to step in and force a stoppage. Chisora will have success because he's aggressive and Joyce is there to be hit and when he's facing opponents he doesn't fear he just wades in and throws and neglects his defence. But in the end Chisora is too past his best and his gas tank will be emptied by Joyce's work rate and when he does gas that's when Joyce starts to batter him and the ref stops the fight with Chisora still on his feet.
I think Chisora wins this. Joyce aint the same since his chin got cracked. He will try to be fighting safe whilst Chisora keeps coming forward throwing bombs. One of them will land and knock Joyce the **** out. However my predictions are bloody terrible so watch Joyce absolutely batter him now lol.
I hope you are right, while I have a Joyce avi, I am a bigger Chisora fan, would be delighted if he had one last great performance but he's so badly faded and I think Joyce now is a bad style match up for him.
I completely forgot this was happening. I think Joyce probably grinds him down and wins on points/TKO unless Zhang has properly cracked that chin. Joyce is going to eat a fair few looping overhand rights from Chisora.
Joyce was sooooo slow and hittable in his last fight I think Rummy could be right. Not that Chisora , who's as old as Methuselah is much better but at this point he may be .
I feel people are underestimating Joyce here; Chisora plods into range and wings his shots, and whilst I'm sure he will land Joyce can set himself and the shots will bounce off his chin. In contrast Joyce will land plenty of artillery on Chisora and I don't see him taking it well; I expect an outcome similar to Joyce-Takam.
I'm a big fan of both men. One thing I do know is, Del WILL land that over hand right.. if Kash Ali can do it then Chisora will too...Chisora will defo start fast and go for Joyce from the off. I'm not making any predictions as to the actual winner, but I think we'll have an entertaining scrap here. Quite looking forward to it.
The question is whether or not shots will continue to bounce off Joyce's chin, given all the wear and tear from the Zhang fights and sparring surrounding them.
I don't think the fights against Zhang showed any deterioration in Joyce's chin; Zhang is a murderous southpaw puncher who doesn't load up on his shots, Joyce could quite simply not see the shots coming. Against Chisora who loads up he will see the shots coming and take them well IMO.
Not everyone has the size or devastating punching power of Zhang. Joyce will probably just grind Chisora down and force a late round stoppage.
I think Joyce is less shot of the two and basically grinds him up because he's so bloody big and Chisora only knows how to fight one way. Edit: I liked Rummy's video and he makes some good points. Joyce is as fast as a sloth on valium. If Chisora can exploit the speed edge ... who knows?
this one is impossible to predict. too much can go wrong for both fighters in their current state. could double ko each other and i wouldnt blink. would just point and say "there you go".
