John Fisher needs to be taken seriously

    Starting to be impressed with him. He is only 25. I think he’ll be a world belt holder if not a full fat world champ as the man in the division for a short period. He’s got the natural talent although not very refined. That’ll come along with experience. Fully behind the guy. I believe he’s 6 foot 4 so he’s got the height as well as the build. We know he’s got fast hands. Keeps answering questions. Australia next I believe.

    This overrating of Fisher recently is beyond absurd. British level at absolute best and even that could be a stretch.

    British level?whose ceiling is currently Brit level? I think you’re far wrong here. Size, speed, think he’ll have determination in abundance. After the top crop retire soon who’s coming up?

    If we are talking British level currently then he would need to beat Wardley.

    He is not at Wardley's level and in truth he never will be.

    I would not rule out him winning a British at some point when the field is slightly clearer. But that is his ceiling.
