    I'm so so happy that this blue collar, tough and sound, fighter took out this flaccid hypejob. He gets effortlessly obliterated by anyone within the real top top 30, however. There are no worthwhile American heavyweights, and maybe never will be again.

    EDIT: "anyone within the top 30" is insanity and I take it back, Top 10, perhaps..

    Anderson spoke very well in post fight interview, on a worldwide broadcast, cursing like he's on a street corner. I'm sure Turki is already booking him in for his next appearance being fed to Zhang.

    Bakole is good right now, but would be even better if he lost 20-25lbs, this fight didn’t go long, but if it did, he might not have the stamina at this weight, but when I’ve seen him fight at a lighter weight, he seems to have great stamina from what I’ve seen, he usually doesn’t load up on punches which helps preserve energy, he’s just naturally heavy handed so doesn’t need to load up to but people either, that lead right hand was coming out of nowhere against Anderson, not because it’s fast, but because he’d subtly edge it closer and throw it with no telegraph.

    I think it has to do more with how he's promoted and force fed down the audiences throats by ESPN than actually Jared Anderson. I mean i know all announcers do it to an extent, but ESPN is so over the top its crazy

    Ok that was a bit more sensible from Anderson than I expected. Seems a bit too content with losing. Teddy atlas used to call them “game losers”.

    I wouldn't be too hard on Anderson, Bakole is an nightmare to face. 284lbs, fast hands, extremely heavy-handed, can throw every shot in the book, great combination puncher uppercuts, jab, good chin, relentless pressure, and he has a good ring IQ. There's a reason why he was avoided for so long.

    Bakole is certainly better than a gatekeeper though. He's top-10 without a doubt
