    Dwight Qawi would crucify Carnera.

He could beat some of these guys from today. He would be able to beat Floyd Patterson.

Jack Sharkey might just be the best that he could have beaten.

Primo didn't have a true knockout punch unless you think he could kayo Floyd with a right uppercut. I think it's unlikely. What I see happening is Floyd throwing a lot of punches in combos and flurries. He fights explosively and aggressively. and I see him busting up and stopping Da Preem in the middle rounds of a 15-round go. However, if Carnera can stay upright until the late rounds he might take the steam out of Floyd. In that case, Floyd may have a problem with the judges.

I think he would outmuscle Floyd in the clinches and **** him up little by little. It is no joke to fight a much bigger guy that can grab you, lean on you, and land uppercuts one by one even if they are not the hardest.

It's a pretty intriguing fight. Floyd's physical strength improved in the second half of his career. It's one I'd pay to see. I can think of many matches for Carnera, for example: Mike Dejohn, the Klitschko bros. Carnera would be a good opponent for Holyfield or Smokin' Bert Cooper.

I don't buy that Sharkey kayo loss to Carnera. Several of Sharkey's fights ended questionably but that low-blow performance of his really smelled to high heaven. It looked like something he had rehearsed.
