Which boxer in Paris olympics would you like to see go pro?

I don't really see what controversy there actually is though. Khelif was born a woman, raised a woman, passed all the Olympic testing for 2 separate Olympics, passed the IBA testing at the start of the tournament, and passed the testing needed to fight as a female in the professional ranks. She passed all the IBA testing for all the other tournaments she competed in then defeats a Russian boxer and is a given an undisclosed "gender test" mid-way through the tournament which says that she is intersex. I find the evidence for Khelif and Lin being anything other than cis women incredibly underwhelming and unconvincing honestly.

 

Oh and I'd love to see Verde turn pro. I think he'll be the flag-bearer for Mexican boxing after Canelo retires. Khyznhiak plans to remain in the amateur ranks and I can't blame him for it, he's a super-star in Ukraine and has been giving a very pretty house and a fair bit of dough for his usual 3 rounds of chaos. I love watching Erislandy Alvarez and fancied his chances at gold since the start but I'm not ready to get my heart broken again by an immensely talented Cubano who goes pro and whose style either doesn't translate or who is criminally mismanaged.

 

How many times are you going to fall for the "its the evil russians!" narrative? Must be embarrassing at this point
