He’s a Glass Jawed Fighter and his fanboys seem to be having a hard time coping with that.

Glass jawed based on what? Getting knocked down by arguably the hardest puncher in the division?

The biggest issue with his performance in the Garcia fight wasn’t that he got hurt by a dynamite fast punching opponent - but that he got hit by that opponents well known best weapon time and time again….

I agree, it's as if he hadn't trained to avoid Ryan's left hook.

His chin has looked fragile even before the Garcia fight but starving yourself to make weight does play a significant role in that, as a poster before explained it explicitly. We shall see how well it holds at 147lbs.

I think that's a little harsh. Yes he was brought down to earth in his fight with Ryan Garcia but he deserves a chance at redemption, and with the result being turned into a no-contest he has technically not been legitimately beaten.

I agree. I think it’s safe to say his chin is shaky, but calling it glass seems a bit unfair. Also, we should look at his recovery abilities.. how many others would survive that many Garcia left hook knock downs?

Haney's got a short shelf life.

He cuts hard, very hard, to have a size advantage - it's borderline cheating, but the rules allow it.

Without that size and weight advantage on the night he'll probably struggle, especially given his lack of power - and he can't cut like that forever.

Garcia cheated too, but it shows what the future could be like for Devin against decent (rather than special) opponents his own size... That's the future, once he can't cut harder than everyone else.

Haney's glass jaw just isn't confirmed, it's been confirmed multiple times and in multiple ways.

If he continues his career he will be taking many canvas naps. Count on it.

he definitely should retire before he gets hurt

135 was the perfect division for him his weight bullying made up for his glass jaw and pillow fists

now at 140 he lost all his advantages !!!

Seriously! Anyone who can't see that Haney has a super-fragile glass jaw is either a blind fanboy or a delusional glass jaw denier!

You guys are a bunch of ****in morons who have no respect for the sport of boxing. Praising a dude for going to a MD while on peds but hating on the undisputed champ who cleared out his division is hilarious. The Dream is making his comeback and will continue to dominate in for future for years. Remember this kid is only 25!

Yeah me too. I love spectacular KOs and a glass jawed warrior like Haney is guaranteed to taste canvas regularly.

I’d like to see him against Ryan in a fair fight. If he gets his ass beat again then…yes. It’s time to retire.

Why retire if he gets his a$$ handed to him by Ryan though? Ryan does have skills and has a hard fantastic left hook. Maybe Ryan has his number.

I'm sure he might be able to recoup some of his mojo by fighting decent/good competition to stretch out his career.
