    What in the world?

Usyk beat him twice. No excuses need be made. OP is just pointing out that it is an essentially meaningless fight.

And I like Joshua and think he has already clinched a spot as a minor ATG.

    Thanks

I'm wanting AJ V Fury regardless of the situation. I don't wanna see AJ V Usk for a 3rd time

Not an AJ fan but a legitimate revenge win over Usyk would be massive for his resume and legacy, let’s not pretend otherwise for the sake of hating.

Really hope we don't see this. Would rather Usyk and Dubois win their respective fights and we get Fury Joshua next summer.

In a way think that fight would be better now with no belts on the line

Is not like the OP said something groundbreaking is it. Everyone knows that if Joshua was to win the third fight then he would still be 2-1down. But this isn't football. You're only as good as your last fight.
If Joshua was to beat him, by a wide UD or a knockout the Uysk fans on this forum would have a meltdown.
I'm not the only one who would enjoy a third fight between them. 2 of the best heavyweights in the world going at it for a third time.

The Joshua hate threads have been coming in thick and fast again, it's so boring. Like I said, saying Joshua would be 2-1 down isn't news worthy, it's stating the obvious. What isn't obvious is if Usyk can beat him for a third time. I, like others, would welcome a another fight between them.

The only way he has a chance is if Usyk slips. Joshua ain't on his level.
If Usyk is still at 80% he'll still win.

He was but unfortunately the wheels came off. He looked awesome against Schwarz who is a huge guy, was young and fresh. I remember the American commentary gushing "here comes the champ!" as Fury made his way in to finish him off. He looked great at that point in time and he was excellent against Wilder in the second. His legs never looked the same when he came back, though.

A win is a win and he would be the first man to beat him (Fury probably won't). It would still be a good achievement. Joshua has maintained his athleticism and actually looks like a proper athlete unlike Fury who looks like a slob.

It's not the worst fight in the world, but I would rather see him against Parker.

As for Usyk fans having a meltdown, I would be philosophical about it. Usyk and Joshua would become one of those odd Leonard-Duran, Ali-Frazier pairs that prove their greatness by beating each other, and thus boost their greatness by losing.

But yeah, I would rather see Usyk retire undefeated. I don't think Joshua is going to beat him anyway, so I am not losing sleep. And again, I like Joshua and think he has already proven minor greatness. I think he is the had of that third tier of greats, ahead of Bowe, Walcott, Patterson, etc

Schwarz is garbage. He was being bullied by Senid Gashi.

Good point about him being the first one to beat him..I hadn't thought of that.
