No way Tank takes out any half decent 140lb guy in 4 rounds. It´s just won´t happen due to his style and skill level.

I think Tank would stop Valenzuela. Valenzuela is indeed good but he does some things that someone as elite and intellectually gifted (in the ring) as Tank is would have a field day with. Tank ain't Chris Colbert
