I think Floyd was better in his 130 days than Pac ever was. The Diego Corrales performance is one of the best performances of all time. Floyd was incredibly mobile and elusive, already had the great defence and judgement of distance he would later be more known for, was a much harder puncher back then, and would at times show some nasty combinations with suberb shot selection. He took full control of the Ring's space and never allowed Corrales to get comfortable, overwhelmed him with feints, took advantage of openings, and just broke him down while constantly moving, his gas tank seemingly infinite. I don't think Floyd was ever that good again. Pac was a beast of course, and looked more sensational and perhaps invincible due to him being faster, more explosive and the harder P4P puncher, but he had apparent flaws and was more beatable as shown with Marquez and Morales (a bit pre prime against Morales, but still close enough).
Pacquiao had more stunning performances overall against big names like ODLH, Hatton, Morales 2 and 3, Barrera, Cotto, etc. But Mayweather was better overall and looked far less beatable than Pacquiao did.
50/50 like Duran and Leonard Floyd and Leonard better, but the body of work done in lighter classes gives Duran and many a huge case Floyd certainly better for sure
Although I'm loathe to encourage ESB's sycophantic, sack-swinging, Floyd the Best Eva Yo!! crew, the answer is Mayweather. His generational technical prowess elevates him over Pac.
Pac had a higher ascension/peak but Floyd was just so steady in his dominance. Manny for peak and Floyd for longevity. Both were unbelievable though
Manny had the more potent explosive prime. mayweather a longer more consistent prime. eye of the beholder scenario.
