I don't think so, Hearn sent Norman 3 offers all declined and the last being 1.7 million and I think Ennis even cut down his purse for it. Why would they do that if he didn't want the fight made ? At this point Ennis moving up probably would be the best option all things considered, but It would make sense for Conor Benn to be his backup plan.

It ain't far fetched tho. Ennis has been done dirty.

    That's a hard sell

No wonder Hearn didn't bid high

And Ennis move at 154 and want bout against Conwell.

In my opinion Karen will fight on the vacant IBF belt.

These are the types of scenarios that make me question whether mandatory challenges should end and really shows the worthlessness of these belts. Ennis should dump the title and yet this chump can go around claiming he's a "champion"

    Sounds about right.

Also, Ennis should have stayed with PBC.

He paid the sanctioning fees. No, really. Chukhadzhian is likely ranked so high because he held/holds the IBF Inter-Continental Welter title. And he recently beat Pietro Rossetti, who was the EBU champ and himself highly ranked by the IBF(unfairly so).

How many rounds did you score for Chukhadzhian in the first fight?
