Did Miguel Cotto Get Robbed In The Olympics

cotto weren't getting much change out of those judges was he. atsch

under pro scoring rules i'd have given cotto every rd. :roll:

the end of rd 3 sort of summed it up.

cotto banging in some combo's and abdullaev came back with 1 body punch and got a pt. :yep

 

Clearly robbed.

 

actually Abdaluev faces USA Ricardo Williams in finals and I thought got a gift again...

Cotto was hitting nothing but gloves. Now granted, there were a few shots that landed that didn't score, but his defense was poor. If you notice, alot of his shots were sort of "caught" in Abdulaevs gloves and didn't hit his face and didn't connect. I thought Abdulaevs score was a bit inflated but overall I thought that he landed more cleaner shots.

 

Right now I see the olympics are a sick joke. Scoring is criminal.

 

I think olympic boxing is bias.. an it was so painful to watch it so far this yr, I get sick to my stomach w/ the scoring an seeing these kids work there ass off to get scores like this! abdullaev was up like 11 to 2 in the 2nd I have no idea what fight judges were scoring wow!!!! I usually get sick to my stomach an change the channel!!!!!
