From memory, when Manny took over Wlad, he started from the ground up. Teaching him footwork like he would a novice.

What would he do with B fighters, let's say he trained Joyce? Hammer? Whyte?
What would he do with Charles Martin, Fat Pole, Dave Allen?
What would he do with Tom Little?

Anybody on this forum could train Klitschko and win a championship. For instance, I would tell him to fight long, use his boxing, throw one-twos and sometimes the hook. In the corner I would say, 'You're doing great champ, just be patient and the shot will come'. After a bad round or if he got hurt, I'd say, 'Just get back to your boxing, don't get too aggressive'.

It's easy in hindsight to say what's needed of a fighter. You've basically copied Mannys method.
